What awaits you?

• Take responsibility for overall sales performance in Finland.
• Act as the primary contact for multiple retail partners, hosting regular sales meetings and fostering strong strategic relationships.
• Identify sales opportunities and lead targeted sales initiatives across private and corporate channels.
• Drive business growth through strategic dealer visits and collaboration with internal departments such as C1-NE-P, F and S.
• Monitor sales performance using data and KPIs, analyze trends, and implement improvement actions.

What should you bring along?

• Proven sales experience in the automotive or retail sectors with hands-on dealer network experience.
• Experience in coaching, change management and driving performance improvement.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret KPIs and sales data for informed decision-making.
• Proactive, forward-leaning and highly motivated attitude with excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Adaptable and resilient, able to manage change and complexity while maintaining focus on strategic goals.
• Effective communicator and negotiator, able to influence and align diverse interests.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to maintain structure and effectively prioritize initiatives.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Excel, and data analysis tools is a plus.
