Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Shape the Future of Power Electronics: Join our team and develop innovative LV/MV MOSFET power transistors that will empower the industry. Contribute to the implementation of novel technology concepts and bring them to life in our manufacturing systems.
• Design and Innovate: Take ownership of designing novel device and process concepts, including cost estimations and decision matrices. Create work routes and design rules that will streamline our production process and drive efficiency.
• Experiment and Optimize: Plan, run, and evaluate experiments to prepare our new technology process for manufacturing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to trigger and evaluate qualification procedures, failure analysis, and other critical tasks.
• Drive Technology Advancements: Stay at the forefront of technology advancements by creating new ideas for future technologies on our roadmap. Develop and implement new unit processes, and drive decisions for the evaluation and purchase of new tools and equipment.
• Unlock Your Creative Potential: As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to create intellectual property (IP) and yield improvement projects (YIPs) that will drive business growth and success. Join our dynamic team and take your career to the next level.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Academic Background: PhD or Master's/Diploma in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related microelectronic field.Relevant Experience: 1+ years of experience in technology development or process integration, with a strong foundation in semiconductor process technology and physics.
• Language Skills: Excellent German and English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in international teams.
• Technical Expertise: Knowledge of semiconductor process technology, semiconductor physics, and MOSFET technologies (advantageous).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a self-driven attitude and ability to build and work effectively in teams.
