Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Code example development for PSOC, Traveo, Aurix.
• Demonstrator development for PSOC, Traveo, Aurix.
• Complex customer issue support for PSOC, Traveo, Aurix.
• Mentoring Junior engineers on complex customer issues.
• Interacting with cross functional teams to own and solve a customer issue.
• Training Field applications engineers on the advanced topics
• Leading discussions in customer calls.
• 10% time in customer visits to present technical topics.
• International travel required at least once in a year for about two weeks.
• Documentation support (Application notes, technical reference manual, datasheet updates or new documents) for all the product families.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• B.E. /B. Tech in ECE degree with 10-12 years experience in embedded firmware development and customer support.
• Able to understand Schematics, Layout of the PCBs.
• Proficient in embedded C programming.
• In-depth knowledge on blocks of microcontrollers up to IP level and the communication protocols - I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, LIN, CXPI etc.
• Should be comfortable in debugging complex customer issues using Oscilloscope, multimeters and other protocol sniffers which might take months to solve.
• Customer support experience is plus.
• Should have excellent business communication skills.
