Senior Project Manager, IoT Solutions

As a Senior Project Manager - IoT Solutions, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of a variety of system level projects that showcase how Infineon silicon and software can enable differentiated features in Edge AI & Internet of Things (IoT) applications.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Projects can include proof-of-concept hardware demonstrations, reference designs, and application specific evaluation /development platforms. You will be part of Infineon’s Consumer, Computing & Communication (C3) Segment, focused on Edge AI & IoT applications. If you thrive in matrix environments and enjoy managing a team of engineers to create system level embedded solutions to solve real world problems focused on Edge AI & IoT applications, then apply now!
• Leading a cross functional team to deliver IoT solution projects on time.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements, create project schedules and resource plans, and manage projects within budgets.
• Conducting forward-looking risk management assessments and identifying risk mitigation strategies.
• Reporting regularly to stakeholders.
• Communication proactively with different internal and external project partners.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

• 10+ years of work experience and 5+ years in project management
• Technical background in the Internet of Things, semiconductors, or embedded software/hardware is desired
• Outstanding communication skills
• Agile mindset and stress resistant
• Out-of-the box thinking capability
• Fluent English skills
• Experience in using project management tools
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working with matrixed organizations to deliver projects
• Experience managing external design house partners
• Good critical thinking skills.
