Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Project and Meeting Support: Support, facilitate, document projects and team meetings, and assist with coordination of ongoing activities
• Data and Communication Management: Maintain and update data on internal platforms, and support communication management across teams
• Procurement and Administrative Support: Provide support in small procurement tasks (e.g., ordering components), and assist in drafting contracts with external partners
• Event Coordination: Support the co-organization of events, conferences, and team activities

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Business Management, Communication, Innovation Management, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or a similar field
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and skilled in using communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, websites)
• Interests: Strong interest in and understanding of project management and high affinity for technology and innovation
• Communications and Interpersonal Skills: Enjoy working with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Language Skills: Fluent in written and spoken English, German language skills are a strong advantage
