Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Set up and maintain lab bench characterization equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of lab characterization activities.
• Conduct electrical lab bench characterization and provide accurate characterization results, along with detailed electrical data analysis reports, to Development, Project, and/or Application teams.
• Develop lab bench characterization automation tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy, and create systematic documentation, handbooks,and guidelines.
• Participate in regular communication with key stakeholders across remote sites through weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly calls, providing timely and accurate updates on project status.
• Attend bi-weekly staff meetings to ensure alignment with team objectives and milestones.
• Actively participate in annual innovation projects (COIN) along side CV team members to develop innovative ideas and solutions that benefit the broader DC community.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A Bachelor's degree in Electronics or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of semiconductor electronics, with more than 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong technical expertise and a keen interest in learning new skills and technologies, particularly in the area of MOSFET technologies.
• Solid interpersonal skills, with a strong team-oriented attitude.
• Good presentation skills, both orally and in writing, with the abilityto clearly communicate technical information and project updates to various stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
