Staff Engineer PCM Management and Tapeout Support

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Be a key coordinator and expert for PCM (Process Control Monitor)content definition, layouting, documentation, verification, test conditions tracking, change management for technologies at internal and external fabs
• Design, manage and own PCM configurations to support wafer technologies throughout their life-cycle efficiently and with the needed quality.
• Manage and maintain documentation of electrical parameter (EP) specs for wafer acceptance tests (WAT)
• Actively Support technology development and monitoring through evaluation of devices, PCM and product measurement data
• Take responsibility for change management of PCMs and tape outs
• Manage tape outs scheduling and show ability to handle shifting priorities
• Contribute to the coordination of multi-project test vehicles as PCM interface for design and technology partners

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics with emphasis on semiconductor technology, Material sciences or other related discipline
• More than 5 years experience in the area of semiconductor devices, products or processes
• Experience with design tools for layouting, design rule checks
• Proven ability to handle and structure large amount of data
• Experience with versioning systems such as git or svn
• Programming experience in high-level or scripting languages such as Python or Ruby is a plus
• Proven ability to write and maintain specifications, instructions and process descriptions
• Excellent English communication skills with international experience a plus
