Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Arranging meeting and workshop
- Assisting with travel policy and visa application consultations
- Monitoring the status of purchase request workflows and recordingdelivery time and receipt of goods
- Assisting with activating share folder access right and maintainingdistribution list
- Assisting with internal personal information data maintenance
- Managing stockroom inventory and recording incoming and outgoing goods
- Supporting the other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Present at least 4 days per week
- Internship can maintain about 6 months
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to read and write in English
- Attention to details
