Your Role

We're seeking a highly skilled process engineer to oversee machine programming, operation, and installation, while supporting manufacturing processes and ensuring affordability. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow with our team.

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Be responsible for the programming, operation and installation of machines.
  • Support and update the manufacturing processes taking affordability into consideration;
  • Monitor line yield, scrap and equipment utilization on a daily basis.
  • Perform root-cause analysis and define sustainable corrective and preventive actions in case of process deviations;
  • Support the factory maintenance team with the troubleshooting and repair of process equipment;
  • Be given the opportunity to learn other backend processes.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and excellent communication skills. You should be a team player with a customer-centric mindset, able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive results. A strong ability to adapt to changing priorities, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously is also essential.

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of working experience in manufacturing environments
  • Strong analytic work methodology and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in SMT soldering processes, camera systems are advantages.
  • Experienced in quality techniques (pareto, 8D, FMEA, 5W, 5S, lean)PLC, pneumatic systems, robot solution experience is advantages
  • Hungarian: native level, English: intermediate
