As a Digital Marketing (Journey Architect) Specialist on our Corporate team, you’ll play a vital part in building the frameworks, relationships, and processes that keep Infineon’s Business thriving. Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Develop and document omnichannel customer journeys based on insights and business needs, collaborating with internal partners to define objectives, segmentation, and personalization
  • Translate data-driven insights into updated journey flows and experience elements
  • Build, deploy, and scale customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and coordinate with activation teams
  • Define technical requirements including triggers, logic, and personalization, ensuring feasibility and optimization
  • Establish KPIs, monitor journey performance, conduct testing (A/B or multivariate), and drive ongoing improvements based on results
  • Document functional and data needs to support journey enhancements. Liaise with MarTech platform owners (e.g. Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Adobe tools) to align features and capabilities with journey strategy
  • Maintain thorough journey maps, frameworks, and playbooks, creating reusable assets to support team alignment and scalability


Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing
  • Experience with journey mapping, marketing automation, and omnichannel execution
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is preferred
  • Understanding of email, SEA, and web personalization best practices
  • Experience defining logic, triggers, and data requirements
  • Proficient in evaluating data for customer journey enhancements, highly systematic, and experienced in leveraging AI-driven and data-centric personalization methods
  • Adept at nurturing cross-team relationships, facilitating agreement among stakeholders, and articulating complex concepts to synchronize product strategy with engineering roadmaps
  • Excellent English language skills
