Senior Staff Specialist Business Demand Planning and Strategic Projects

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Perform business demand planning for long term growth in the business line, including supply chain process and end-to-end manufacturing strategies.
• Govern business processes in the scope of Supply chain and production ramp up management to enable efficient and effective business strategic decisions while working closely with OP stakeholders (FE, BE, PROC and GSD).
• Support and drive projects contributing to productivity and profitability for the business
• Lead program and/or initiatives across SPM HP that enable organization development, including digitalization adoption

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or any related discipline.
• Around 5 years of working experience in supply chain management, business management, ramp up change management or any related field.
• Strong experience in driving business strategies, stakeholder management and engagement across multiple functions and organizational levels.
• Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment, with the agility to adapt to changing business priorities.
