Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Sustainability Report: Support the preparation of the sustainability report in line with CSRD, ESRS, and other applicable ESG reporting standards. Collect, validate and analyze sustainability data from various business functions.
• Data Visualization: Create visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and prepare clear and concise reports to visualize and communicate your results.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data collection, collection, and analysis processes to enhance efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work alongside the sustainability reporting team to support various projects and initiatives.
• Research and Development: Stay updated with the latest trends, developments in sustainability reporting and industry best practices.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Study Field: You are currently pursuing a Master's degree in business administration with a focus on sustainability reporting or similar degree programs
• Experience: Ideally, you have gained initial practical experience through internships or working student roles and are familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite as well as data visualization or reporting tools such as Tableau, KNIME, or similar platforms
• Skills: You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and the ability to think critically. Basic knowledge of data governance principles and project management methodologies is a plus
• Way of Working: Structured, organized, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing multiple activities
• Personality: Communicative, collaborative, and proactive, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders
• Language Skills: Good English skills, both written and spoken
