Senior Project Manager for Sensor Product Development

Your role
You will take over a leading role to drive, grow and develop our portfolio for new sensor applications for automotive, consumer and industrial markets aiming to make life of everyone greener, safer and easier.
- Lead cross-functional product developments, coordinate project activities
- Ensure timely execution of planned project activities to meet the production start schedule, complying with approved project budget and scope, meeting required quality
- Manage requirement change requests, risks, use of tools such as FMEA
- Maintain close co-operation with internal customers and suppliers during development
- Align with Engineering, Marketing and Product Management to meet customer requirements
- Timely escalate issues and risks to Management and take ownership to resolve issues
Your profile
- Master or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of experience in semiconductor or similar R&D-focused industries, thereof 4+ years of leading complex, multi-disciplinary and multi-site projects
- Strong expertise in project planning, risk management and reporting; IPMA-C certified or willing to certify within 1 year
- Experience in Configuration Management and change request tracking tools
- Experience in automotive development is preferred; additional expertise in analog and/or digital IC design is welcome
- Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills (proficiency in English), with an assertive and entrepreneurial mindset
- Team player and driver with the ability to inspire and motivate project teams
