Drive & execute EOL Trim & Form equipment improvement, governance & qualify new equipment platform.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Drive planned maintenance systematic & metholdogy to ensure machine performance at the optimun condition.
• Drive a culture based of equipment improvement on maintenance routines and engineering solutions using training, systematic troubleshooting and root cause corrective actions.
• Lead the planned maintenance teams and maintenance technician groups in Assembly to execute equipment scheduled maintenance timely and comprehensively.
• Develop and execute EQ governance business process/framework.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical /Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology, Material science) or equivalent.
• 5 years of operations/quality/production/engineering experiences in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience in Assembly EOL Trim and Form equipment.
