Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support including customer presentation.
• Understand customer requirements, and deliver technical presentations, reports, documents and technology demonstrations.
• Support customer product development and design.
• Support customer issue analysis and resolution.
• Responsible for the development, debugging and maintenance of Ethernet port-related drivers, including core modules such as PHY drivers, MAC, SerDes, and PCS.
• Locate and resolve compatibility, performance and stability issues of Ethernet ports encountered by the customers.
• Develop test scripts to assist in customer system debug and issue resolution

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• M.S. in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of professional technical experience in Automotive Ethernet Switch and PHY products, with clear logical thinking and meticulous work attitude.
• Strong embedded software development experience and be familiar with AVB/TSN; automotive software experience (e.g., AUTOSAR) is a plus.
• Familiar with the automotive hardware development process, with experience in automotive development.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and take initiative.
• Fluent English required for customer-facing communication.
• Familiarity with Ethernet protocols is a plus.
• Experience of Linux system is a plus.
