Senior Project Leader - Power Module Development

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Design power modules (IGBT/SiC MOSFET) according to customer specifications. Work together with experts in marketing and products definition & application to provide highly competitive solutions in shortest possible time.
• Define and perform electrical characterization of power modules. Generate product datasheets and test specifications. Review and release product datasheets and test specifications.
• Project management: Make project plan according to customer requirements, and proactively steer the project execution with good risk management. Deliver the right product to the customer in time, within budget and matching the required level of performance and quality.
• Interact with global production sites to ensure smooth production ramp.
• Be the main contact person for all topics concerning projects.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor/Master degree in Electrical Electronics or similar fields
• 3-5 years' engineering experience in power electronics products design or application.
• Solid knowledge about module design and interconnect technologies. Solid knowhow about power electronics device physics (IGBT, SiC etc.), electrical parameters, device physical trade-offs etc.
• Good technical understanding of power electronics application
• Proficiency in Chinese and English language both in written and spoken. Open, clear, and coherent communication.
• Passion for technical challenges, understanding the root causes of a problem and looking for appropriate solutions. Ability to initiative and act responsibly.
• A team player
• Experience with working in a global team setting would be a plus
• Basic understanding of Project Management tools and methods would be a plus.
