Manager, Japan Hybrid Customer Journey

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Analyze web access data and deliver reports that provide actionable insights and support stakeholder decision-making
• Lead SEO/LLMO initiatives by executing both content and technical optimizations to improve overall web performance.
• Partner with regional marketing teams to plan and create web pages tailored to region-specific topics.
• Drive process optimization and project handling, while taking responsibility for web service improvement and continuous enhancement.
• Conduct competitive analysis of web services in the Japanese market regularly and report findings to the global web service development team.
• Develop strategies to strengthen web services in the Japanese market and lead execution in close collaboration with headquarters.
• Be a central go-to person for all functional topics under its organization for Japan Sales and Marketing managements
• Drive transformation toward new sales approach (digital + real) with members
• Give the necessary support to team members and work closely with peer organization

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, web management, or related fields. Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional and international teams. Strong track record in SEO, web analytics, and digital transformation initiatives. Experience working in or with the Japanese market is highly desirable.
• Skills: Expertise in web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics). Deep understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and web performance optimization. Familiarity with emerging trends such as AI/LLM-driven search and content optimization. Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Leadership Competencies: Strategic vision with a hands-on execution mindset. Strong change management and transformation leadership. Data-driven decision-making with business acumen. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across regions.
