hier gibt es noch viel zu tun, Flurfunk groß, Infos an unterschiedlichen Stellen, nicht zentral an einem gesammelten Ort wie Intranet oder dergleichen

Unterschiedliche Regelungen für Home-Office, manche Abteilungen haben gar keines, andere 3 Tage in der Woche - keine Fairness, eher wie gut steht man wem zum Gesicht. Einheitliche Regelung wäre angebracht - für alle Abteilungen wo es die Tätigkeit zulässt von zu Hause aus zu arbeiten. So hätte man bessere Möglichkeiten Familie, sportliche Aktivitäten und einen gesunden erholten Tag mit dem Job zu kombinieren. Auch wenn man mal einem Termin nachkommen muss ( Handwerker..., so muss alles aktuell immer auf Freitag gelegt werden, oder ZA genommen werden - eher sehr unflexibel)

Kreisel Electric provides an excellent work atmosphere. The entire process is transparent and fair. Supervisors defines the tasks very clearly and help you to achieve it. There is no room for politics.
