Bei zb. Urlaub gibt es keine bzw. nur sehr geringe Kapazitäten, die alltägliche Arbeit zu erledigen und ist daher anschließend selbst aufzuarbeiten. Was bei KollegInnen oftmals dazu führt, dass lediglich 1 - 2 Wochen Urlaub beantragt wird.
