What impressed me the most regarding the Application Process were:
1. Fast and Clear Process
The quick job application screening and consecutive interviews were very efficient. What really impressed me was that during the first phone interview, the entire process was clearly explained - including the agenda, timeline, and what to expect at each stage. This transparency helped me prepare properly and removed any uncertainty.
2. Employee-Focused Support
Loxone showed genuine care by offering me a German work contract initially, then converting to an Austrian contract later. This flexibility made my visa application process much smoother and showed they understand the challenges international employees face.
