being like a school brings its own advantages and disadvantages. The workers have a lot of demand from outside when they have Marsh at theuir CVs, and it is not always easy to retain all the talents in the team. So maybe there might be a seperate department at the global level focusing only to this topic. because MArsh Austria is not big enough to have a dedicated team on this topic:)
