No empathy for staff, salaries are not paid in time. Hardly any transparency internally.

Office Equipment vary widely to each affiliate. Noise in Open Office is quite high. Some basic work laws are not meant and staff are threatened to speak up.

Compensation and benefits are poor and promises on bonuses are never kept and subject to individual decision and not based on numbers and facts.
