Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
they are not focus on working hours and the quantity but the quality and result. so if you are quick you can finish your tasks with in 4 days and enjoy the rest of the week. you can work at night or early morning and as long as you are available for the meetings or the scheduled calls then you have all the freedom in the world
