What I like about the employer
Die Vielfalt der Aufgaben! Viele Vorlagen und Infomaterial für die Einschulungsphase, die benutzt werden können.
What I dislike about the employer
Es wird bei der Onboardingphase nicht individuell auf die Angestellten eingegangen, auf die bereits vorhandenen Fähigkeiten und Know How. Mir wurde zb. eintriebig erklärt, wie der Google Kalender funktioniert, obwohl ich öfters meinte, dass ich mich wirklich gut auskenne. Trotzdem wurde blind, fast wie am Fließband erklärt. Und allgemein kann man sich nach einer Zeit stark unterfordert fühlen.

What I like about the employer
(Je nachdem bei welchem Franchisepartner man ist) Da wo ich bin in Wien ist es echt super - bin auch tätig für die Zentrale in Berlin und muss sagen, die Leute sind wirklich lieb - es passt einfach.
Lohn ist top, Kommunikation ebenso und es hat Struktur.
Außerdem ist das Konzept wirklich gut durchdacht und bietet sehr viel für Frauen.
What I dislike about the employer
Man muss halt vieles gleichzeitig können, was herausfordernd sein kann - da man für Verkauf, Betreuung der Kunden, Promotion, Ernährungsgespräche, Trainingsplanerstellung, Gruppentrainings etc. zuständig ist. Ist aber eine Typ-Frage ob man gerne die Vielfalt bei der Arbeit hat oder nicht.
Suggestions for improvement
Ich würde mir evlt. im Gesundheitsbereich Vorteile wünschen - wie z.B. Privatarztversicherung als Bonus für Angestellte oder jedes Jahr eine Supplement-Ration nach eigener Wahl um eine bestimmte Summe oder kostenlos Sauna/Wellness irgendwo in der Nähe. Fände sowas in die Richtung echt cool, wenn man das einbauen würde für die MA. Ist natürlich wieder jedem Franchisepartner selbst überlassen aber vielleicht könnte man da was veranlassen in die Richtung von der Zentrale aus - ein bisschen Wellness und Gesundheit für gute Mitarbeiter In einem Fitnessstudio arbeitet man ja bereits.

ich liebe die Positivität und die Zielstrebigkeit, da kann man viel für sich mitnehmen

hier ein stern abzug, da je nachdem man doch da und dort mal eine überstunde macht aber hält sich in rahmen und ist auch saisonal bedingt

Die Fitnessbranche ist normalerweise unterbezahlt, ich hatte egal wo ich war einen mehr als zufriedenstellenden Lohn / man muss halt fragen und natürlich gute Arbeit leisten
