Arbeitsatmosphäre
Contrary to their people first mentality they always preach, the atmosphere is best described as being on edge all the time. You are expected to do the work of three positions for one salary.
Kommunikation
A joke. There is all sorts of meetings with all sorts of big words, but it is all smoke and mirrors. In the end, nobody communicates with anybody on the important topics. The mass layoffs which happen every two or three years are announced from the head quarter in the states and then you are left with that information for 6 to 12 months until you are impacted.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Everybody works in their own best interest here, with the exception of a couple of people.
Work-Life-Balance
Non-existent. Better expect lots of calls and emails with inquiries about your whereabouts if you dare to not reply to a message on the weekends, your holidays or in the evenings.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The worst I have yet witnessed. 90 % of people in managing positions have no business being there and are only hired due to personal relationships with someone at the company. Interpersonal skills are a rare occurence and if there is the occasional person who dares to speak up, they will be gone in no time.
Arbeitsbedingungen
I waited one month (!!!) to receive my laptop and then a couple of more until I was set up with all systems and software.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Not a competitive salary in my opinion and from my experience and there is always some issue with Payroll. I have not once received a payslip or payout which was 100% correct.

The image of course is immaculate and people ooh and aah when they see it on your resume. That's really the only benefit.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
If you're looking to expand your horizon, you better be prepaid to pay it out of your own pocket and complete trainings on your own time. Do not expect any support in this area.
