There's a strong sense of collaboration, everyone’s willing to help and share knowledge. The team is great to be around and work with, and I enjoy coming in to work.

Communication is generally clear and transparent across teams and leadership. There’s a good effort to keep everyone informed, especially for a growing company. Occasionally things can move fast and updates can lag a bit, but overall the flow of information is solid.

There’s a real sense of mutual respect and trust, which makes working together smooth and enjoyable. It’s easy to get to know people across different teams, especially when you're battling it out over a game of kicker at lunch!
Work-Life-Balance
Flexibility is a big plus, we have the autonomy to choose when and where we work (home office, company office etc.). Senior leadership also respects boundaries and promotes a healthy balance between work and personal life.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The leadership style of Sr. management here is extremely refreshing - they are extremely open to ideas and feedback, more so than I have experienced in the past with previous companies!
