There's a strong sense of collaboration, everyone’s willing to help and share knowledge. The team is great to be around and work with, and I enjoy coming in to work.

Flexibility is a big plus, we have the autonomy to choose when and where we work (home office, company office etc.). Senior leadership also respects boundaries and promotes a healthy balance between work and personal life.

The leadership style of Sr. management here is extremely refreshing - they are extremely open to ideas and feedback, more so than I have experienced in the past with previous companies!

Overall, everyone is equipped with a solid kit of work equipment essentials and niceties. Including, but not limited to; standing desks, a beautiful altbau office in a great location, kicker table, a stocked kitchen with treats etc.
Kommunikation
Communication is generally clear and transparent across teams and leadership. There’s a good effort to keep everyone informed, especially for a growing company. Occasionally things can move fast and updates can lag a bit, but overall the flow of information is solid.
Gleichberechtigung
A strong culture of respect and fairness. No egos, no favouritism. The team is comprised of many individuals from other countries and different backgrounds.
