I valued the collaborative environment, the trust placed in me to lead important supply chain initiatives, and the opportunity to work on innovative projects such as the Order-to-Pay system. The flexibility and openness to new ideas made the experience especially positive.

The rapid pace and limited resources—typical for startups—sometimes created pressure on the team. However, these challenges also provided learning opportunities.

Like many startups, the company could benefit from more structured long-term planning and resource allocation. Strengthening cross-functional processes and expanding staffing during peak times would further support growth and stability.

Young atmosphere, open to new theachnologies and ideas

It is as if the financial aspect is ignored, until the last moment, and then everybody seems surprised when layoffs and emergency fundings are needed. Seems like egoistic principles prevent the manegement from looking at the market's financial and engineering requirements with an honest and clear view, and instead on focusing on making a good product with demanded features, the management follow their own dream products and features that nobody really wants.

Think of a realistic goal for the company, that meets actual market demands, and communicate it to the workres. In edition, the CEO focuses way to much on sales and marketing, without having an actually good product. Focus more on development, less on the rest.

Atmosphere between coworkers was good, but the companys situatuion was very depressing for everybody

Workers don't percieve the company's products as good or as products they would want to use themselves.

No such thing, the entire mentality is of fire extinguishing, so no time for anything else

My supervisor was nice, but even his behavior was overtaken by the chaos created by the vacuum of leadership

Doch recht große Freiheit während der Arbeit.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Gute oder überdurchschnittliche Leistung sowie harte Arbeit scheinen nicht wirklich (monetär) belohnt zu werden. Warum sollte ich mich dann anstrengen?

Es wirkt, als würde der Chef die Firma jeden Monat in eine andere Richtung lenken. Eine klare, durchgängige Strategie ist für mich nicht erkennbar.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Man sollte nicht versuchen, auf drei Hochzeiten gleichzeitig zu tanzen, wenn das Personal dafür fehlt. Stattdessen sollte man sich darauf konzentrieren, eine Sache gut zu machen.

Ich finde, man sollte jedes Jahr automatisch eine Gehaltserhöhung bekommen, ohne ständig darum betteln zu müssen.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Mir scheint, dass sich die Stimmung nach der Entlassungswelle deutlich verschlechtert hat.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Es wirkt auf mich, als würden nur wenige wirklich gut verdienen, einige mittelmäßig, während bei den meisten versucht wird, so wenig wie möglich zu zahlen.
