- More chance to attend on conferences would be great. Having a quota (how much can you spend on conferences in a year) for example can be a solution for this.
- Some health care related extra benefits would be also good, for example to have a doctor at the company once in a month or to have a "full" screening once in a year. I think the company can also profit from this on a long run.
- More company events for example hiking or just going out for a barbeque.
Flex time is a huge pro, and also that we have the opportunity to learn. If needed, outsider professionals are called to the company to do workshops.
What is also a good thing that everyone knows where the company is heading and why. Usually the employees can make their own decisions, nothing is really forces. Reasonable critics and discussions are welcomed.
I'm pretty much satisfied with the company right now. A few suggestions I will write below, but there's nothing particular I hate or dislike.
