Arbeitsatmosphäre
Since years the company is constantly reorganizing itself so that there is one mass layoff project after the other, creating an atmosphere of fear and insecurity. It does not seem like competence, experience, importance of tasks, ambition, performance or potential are taken into consideration and people are layed off almost randomly. Thereby, the people that are left are overloaded with tasks and frustrated.

Lots of knowledge getting lost with the people that were let go, resulting in redundant tasks and a general confusion about company processes and other/own department's responsibilities
