Es gibt einen besonderen Teamspirit.
Hervorragend ist auch die innovative Produktentwicklung in neue Marktbereiche hinein.
Es gibt noch eine Hands-on-Mentalität.

Immer weniger Mitsprache mit der Zeit in meinen direkten Arbeitsumfeld.
Der Arbeitsdruck wurde mir zu hoch.

Die Veränderungsprozesse bzw. das Change Management im Kleinen wie im Großen ließen immer was zum Wünschen übrig.
