Faire Vorgesetze, bessere Bezahlung, Weniger Überwachung, Mehr Frauen in Führungspositionen

What I like about the employer
Dass der zusammenhalt der Kollegen wichtig ist und man im Gegensatz zu anderen Arbeitgebern geschätzt wird für seine Arbeit die man leistet, es werden auch private Termine ernst genommen und darauf geachtet, diese auch wahr nehmen zu können!
What I dislike about the employer
Schlecht würde ich garnicht sagen, als Verbesserung wäre nunmal eine angepasste Arbeitszeit um mehr für das Work Balance zu tun.

Bessere Arbeitszeiten, evtl Gleitzeit, mehr Home Office Tage, Lohnanpassung durch aktuelle Marktsituation, Essen von Gourmet für einen bestimmten Preis im Monat.

das einzige Highlight des Tages waren die Pausen mit meinen Kollegen, die genauso trostlos da saßen wie ich

in letzter Zeit wurden sehr viele kompetente Mitarbeiter ohne wirklichen Grund mit dem Vorwand "sie bekommen eine neue Tastatur, einen neuen PC oder sie sind sehr fleißige Arbeiter" gekündigt

darauf schauen wen man einstellt und nicht jeden X-beliebigen der unfreundlich, hochnäsig, inkompetent ist und dem Team schadet als Mitarbeiter bzw Teamleader einstellt
