Regarding your perception that our Management team seems not to listen to employees enough, we would greatly appreciate more context. So we hope that you make use of our formats such as the Engagement Survey or our Management Q&A, or simply reach out to our Mgmt team members or the HR team directly - so that we better understand where we need to improve our communication.
