After a couple of years working here, things can get a bit repetitive and somehow not challenging. Nevertheless, they are open to innovation and opening more doors to improve on this topic. Also, to be fair, most of the companies suffer the same. Employees get to efficient and comfortable at what they do. But Runtastic is really improving and taking the time to innovate and let us try & learn new things.
Gehalt / Sozialleistungen
It always falls a bit behind the trend of the rest of the companies in Austria within the same field. They are improving more and more in this subject but the decisions take too long and by the time you get a raise, half a year has passed & it is still not what others would make, even with less workload.
- Better salaries I guess.
Colleagues are usually very nice, of course there are a couple of those that don't fit the "super nice" colleague, but that's ok. The majority of the colleagues are really easy going, open to listen to you and friendly.
Salaries. 90% of the colleagues left because of extremely low salaries. They say it is a fair salary but when you ask friends around doing the same in other companies, you get shocked... It is pretty unfair. And the differences among ourselves are sometimes very unfair.
