We also agree that there’s always room for improvement.

Our recent decision to focus on two major apps (and aligning them with our parent company adidas) not only caused quite some workload in the short run, but mainly allows us to dedicate our resources more efficiently & effectively in the long run.

We also continuously work on internal career paths and promoting team members within the company, and we have started to communicate the reasons for internal promotions more proactively.

In addition, our Organizational & Leadership Development is currently working on a sustainable leadership development program, ensuring that (potential) leads are mentored and guided through any possible scenario.
