The future plans were so vague and changing all the time. The politics within the company were unbelievable, the company became very top heavy with the egos to match.

Bring to management down to reality to carve out a realistic, tangible plan with as few changes as possible. Consider investing in people to grow. Embrace and face negativity or suggestions as a chance to grow and improve.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
It was a hustle and bustle open office which either you like or you don't. Generally, a good atmosphere except for one member of the management team was rather emotional which can make the office tense.
Kommunikation
It was quite good, improving all the time. As the company and especially the management team grew, the frequency of communication improved but the content become more and more vague leaving most employees unsure on our direction.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
I think most people working in the Vienna office were good people which worked well together.
There were some sister companies where the atmosphere was rather frosty and there was some tension with the North American office where the general consensus was they were extremely highly compensated and promoted all the time despite the feeling that they weren't doing a great job and money felt tight on this side of the pond.

The industry was fascinating and I found the work equally fascinating and challenging.

The percentage of women wasn't 50:50 but I have to say it was pretty good. Women weren't fairly represented in management but in bulk of the company they were.

This was good. The only downside of an open office is the noise level can be disturbing if you need to concentrate and the temperature of the office was always a tricky situation as it's difficult to please everyone.

I was happy with my salary initially but no chance of a raise. The company paid for public transport which was nice.

Again hard to say. I know the company had some struggles as it was growing up so employees in the company from the early days would be more disgruntled but in general I think this was ok.

No real room to grow or to go out and learn.
