Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback on your experience at smec as a former employee. We are pleased to hear that you got a positive perception of our working atmosphere, team cohesion and work-life balance.

However, we regret to hear that we did not meet your needs in terms of communication. We strive to provide multiple channels for communication and try to accommodate all needs, including company-wide platforms such as meetups and company broadcasts, as well as opportunities for one-on-one conversations with our management to address any concerns and avoid misunderstandings.

We also want to assure you that salaries at smec are in line with industry standards and that many of our employees find them to be fair and competitive (see kununu "Gehaltszufriedenheit").

Additionally, career development and continuing efforts in regards to education & training is a top priority for us and we offer several opportunities for individual growth and development.
