What I like about the employer

very cool onboarding system for new employees, open communication, being able to work remotely, always a lot of fun in the office
breakfast & lunch

Suggestions for improvement

focus a bit more on people's mental health - many people seem stressed out

Working atmosphere

even though people seem very stressed out at work, there's almost always a good atmosphere, everybody is open-minded for conversations :)

Communication

quite transparent way of sharing information regarding the company but also when it comes down to oneself - open communication, no hidden discussions

Collegiality

can only speak for my team but we support each other wherever and whenever we can - there are also many teamevents at smec that help with strengthening work relationships

Work-Life Balance

especially with being able to work remotely or 10 days abroad/year, smec really focuses on work-life-balance - there are also yoga classes & employees have access to psycholgists which is also great
