Thank you for your candid feedback, even if it was hard to read. We understand it comes from someone who has been deeply invested in SPS and is now feeling let down.
We may not have gotten everything right, especially as we've gone through multiple transitions over the years. But we take this kind of feedback seriously, just as we do the input we receive from our internal engagement survey. In the coming weeks, we will be engaging in deep-dive sessions with teams across the company to reflect honestly on what’s working and what’s not and to move from feedback into action.
