Schlechte und unehrliche Kommunikation. Keine Lösungsorientierung sondern schnelle Vermeidung! Falsche Versprechungen was die Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe betrifft. Herzliches Empfangen, jedoch merkt man leider schnell dass das alle nur Schein ist.

Obwohl beim Bewerbungsgespräch und in der Vision damit geworben wird, wird nicht klar und ehrlich mit den MitarbeiterInnen kommuniziert sondern alle anliegen gleich an die Geschäftsführung weitergeben und die MitarbeiterInnen übergangen.
