High pace, flat hierarchy, lots to learn

The company is growing fast and you notice it in the daily work. The tech stack is genuinely current, and there is real room to try things out instead of only maintaining what already exists.
New ideas get a fair hearing: if you can make a reasonable case for something, you usually also get the chance to build it. That makes it a very good place for personal and technical growth.
Hierarchies are flat and people talk to each other at eye level, regardless of title or team.

Hypergrowth also has its downsides.
Internally, things run smoothly and responsibilities are clear. Where it gets fuzzy is the collaboration across locations: it is not always obvious which team owns a given topic, and finding the right contact person can cost time.

Clearer ownership and better-defined interfaces between the individual locations would help a lot, especially as more teams are added.
