A great place to thrive!
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I value the flat hierarchy and the team spirit within the company. It is also great that the company encourages to get in touch with people in various positions and locations.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
I think a nice perk would be free charging of the EV. But to be honest it's already amazing that there are EV priority parking lots with chargers right in front of the main entrance :D
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Amazing team, highly skilled and experienced and a joy to work with

I'm proud on what we're building here - and the feedback from our customers acknowledge that.

Unlike rigid corporate environments, you get the autonomy to structure your day in a way that works for both your professional and personal commitments.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There are a lot of opportunities to grow within Vertice.

Fair, performance oriented salary
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

Kollegenzusammenhalt
Great team spirit
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
As one of the more experienced team members, I can say firsthand: Age is simply not a factor here. I’m treated with the same respect, opportunities, and trust as my younger colleagues - and I appreciate that more than I can say.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The culture here is genuinely supportive, with flat hierarchies and a management team that acts as an enabler—not a gatekeeper—for their teams.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Nice office near a recreational area which can be used for inspiring walks, great technical equipment, amazing people and the possibility to do home office
Kommunikation
Professional and solution oriented
Gleichberechtigung
Diversity and equality aren’t just policies documented somewhere—they’re lived values, at least in my experience.
Interessante Aufgaben
There is a wide area on interesting topics to work on.
