Since all team members are well aware that communication is down, it would be interesting to see what happens if the company introduces e.g. mandatory one or two hours per day when all employees need to be online/available. Moreover, it would probably also help to have regular catch ups with team members during the week so everyone stays informed and on top of things that are happening in the company.

It’s hard to stay in touch with everyone and on top of things since the team is spread around the world and working different working hours and at different times.

Team members are supportive, friendly and ready to help.
Work-Life-Balance
Working in a remote company it allows you to create your own schedule, so it’s completely up to you how you direct your time and tasks, and consequently have a balanced life. Personally, I’ve never felt overwhelmed or that work was affecting my personal life. Additionally, fellow weBOUNDERs are respective and understanding towards your free time.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Acquiring additional knowledge is always encouraged. During my time at weBOUND I have attended a few online trainings regarding digital marketing. Since some tasks are new for all the employees you need to learn some things from scratch and share your learnings with your colleagues, which is a great opportunity for personal development and growth.
