Communication still needs to be improved. Last-minute changes need to decrease. Better planning and project managers to take the lead and coordinate the tasks are a must.

I've never had a problem with a colleague. The team is amazing, and fits very well together.

My supervisor is very friendly and truly cares about me personally. Even when it is a personal problem, they are always happy to help in any way they can.

Most of the management positions are held by women. Salaries are based on your abilities, and not on gender, race, country of origin or anything else.
