I really feel that cooperation and trust are in the DNA of the company. I was entrusted with a lot of responsibility from the very beginning and also given appropriate guidance and freedom to make choices on my own.
Kommunikation
Very transparent! Strategy is explained regularly, financials are discussed and there are plenty of opportunities to stay all connected and up to date on the latest news. There's no company intranet yet but the discussion is ongoing.

The colleagues have been very welcoming and are always open to point me in the right direction when I need some help.
Work-Life-Balance
The company really pays attention to the employees work-life balance. The working hours are flexible, part-time can be easily obtained and also home-office is absolutely accepted. From time to time there are peaks of workload, just like in any company.

The management is very open towards the employees and you don't feel any barrier or distance when dealing with a manager. Openness and respect are the norm.
Interessante Aufgaben
The activities and the workload are split evenly among the employees, based on the respective positions. Changing role is also a concrete possibility, if one so desires. Employees are given the time to study and get certified on the products used.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The offices and the equipment are ok, one plus is that I could choose my screen, keyboard and mouse freely. Software is by default open source.

Salaries are in the right range for the industry and regular reviews are made.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
The company encourages the employees to progressively take on more responsibilities and rewards them accordingly. Time for technical studies is granted and one can easily get certifications taking advantage of the interesting partnerships that the company has.
