Management are only humans as well, and they don't give this cliche management attitude. Everyone is easily approachable. Keep it up.

I didn't hear a lot from others, but the few things were all positive.

That depends a lot on the customer, in general I worked a lot, but I had a lot of freedom on when and how. The social events were great as well.

Lots of training possibilities. People wanting to do more receive the chance and this is honored accordingly.

I would say it's average, but considering my background and experience I was happy.

Can't say too much about it overall, but in our group we were also looking for ways to increase sustainability. Home Office was no issue as well.

Amazing colleagues, you can always ask for support/opinions and everyone is happy to share their expertise.

My buddy who started at the same time is around 20 years older than me, and was treated the same way.

The office in Reinach could get a little hot, but now they are in a new building in Allschwil.

Really good, also because management was present and always had time for a chat.

Depends again a lot on the customer, but I found it really interesting and I learnt a lot during my time at Arcondis.
