CEO und Zirkel um sie austauschen
Katastrophe - Management: arrogant, aggressiv, bossy
Chaotisch, unstrukturiert, Mikro- statt Makromanagement.
It’s about as insightful as asking someone in North Korea how the economy is doing. Because, you know, they’re just bursting with candid, unfiltered opinions on the subject. I’m sure their answers are as transparent as the latest government statistics—totally unbiased and absolutely reassuring!
find a new CEO
How do you think it's going when e.g.: a Management Team Member suggests taking a permanent vacation if deadlines aren't met, openly debates becoming a professional review faker on platforms such as this, or when employees complain about email monitoring and constant micro-management? Zero trust, 100% micro-management at all levels. Sounds like a dream job, right?
If you’re lucky enough to have escaped, congratulations! You’ve dodged the latest circus act. If you’re still stuck here, well, enjoy the added bonus of a smaller team while you get to shoulder the exact same workload. It’s like having a buffet with fewer dishes but still the same amount of food—only now, you’re expected to do the cooking, serving, and cleaning up too. Bon appétit!
the only factor keeping this company intact is the dedication of the remaining employees who are striving their hardest
it seems like the new management took Barney from Hyow I Met Your Mother a bit too seriously with his sage advice that “new is always better.” So, naturally, everyone from the past was either shown the door or relegated to the sidelines. Because clearly, any semblance of experience and institutional knowledge is just so last season. Who needs that when you can have a shiny new team that’s fresh off the assembly line and blissfully unaware of what’s been tried and failed before?
No personal development discussions. just pure, unadulterated micromanagement. Hurray! Because who needs those pesky conversations about career growth and skill enhancement when you can have every single detail of your work scrutinized to the nth degree
If you find yourself relying on your phone for a decent internet connection, you can rest assured that you’ve really got everything in tip-top shape. It’s like a high-tech version of using a string and two cans—because nothing says “we’ve got it all figured out” quite like having to juggle two devices just to check your emails. Clearly, we’re operating at peak efficiency here!
Company updates are sent via email and are seen as efficient for communicating key HR changes at top management level (e.g.: announcnemnet of a new CEO) or department closures. Who needs face-to-face communication when you can send a 1-page email? sounds like zero sh** is gven to me
ya,ya,ya - all good
Clients are cool, absolutely, but they’re becoming increasingly “enthusiastic” about our new culture. You know, the one where “going above and beyond” means enduring marathon meetings with people who master the art of pretending to know what they’re talking about and decoding emails that seem to have been written in Morse code.
Try open communication, setting realistic goals and timelines and be honest and open towards clients.
constant gossip, no official communications of big changes (e.g closing of entire departments), high perfromers get all the workload, quick and dirty preffered over quality, disrespectful behavior towards employees
Team leads and empoyees fired without beeing replaced and their entire workload is expected to be covered by the rest. 50h work week is considered normal. Some people work during their vacations.
none, depends on personal effort and endurance
Highly depends on personal effort and team
All old collegues left or were forced to leave.
Direct team lead is in the mud with their emplyees. CEO and the special henchmen decieve and lie.
Wifi so bad that you have to hotspot from your own phone. Laptops so cheap and such bad IT inftrastructure that even an excel cannot be opened.
Since new upper management ZERO communication (closing processes/departments ...)
below bare minimum
I loved my tasks, but cannot be tolerated under these circumstances.
Good to start and if you like and be motivated, there are opportunities to get up (and you have to be in good contact to the special circle around the CEO), flexible working hours, home office
Payment, personal development, behavior against customers, benefits are minimum
Care about your employees, otherwise the leave the company as soon as they get something serious
You have the fear that you department to close tomorrow
Many work at the weekend. A lot of work, which is not necessary to do. Overloaded processed
Zero external trainings. Only training on the job
Related to Switzerland, it is low payed but very good for the first job
Fine
Experience is not found
It is impossible to get realistic goals without company goals. The direct boss cannot be blamed
Old equipment
Big changes are not communicated to the people. Once the NEW top management has announced changes, you know them already by rumors
Fine
Projects are mostly interesting
Leere Versprechungen
Würde minus Sterne geben, geht aber nicht.
Keine Profis
depending on the team. Can be good or REALLY bad. Unbalanced work load.
(depending on the team) quite flexible, home office allowed (not enough space for everyone, anyhow); reduced working hours are usually granted.
highly depending on the team.
some older colleagues got just kicked out recently.
highly dependent on the boss.
(really) bad infrastructure, bad office furniture (cheapest of the cheap) no up-to-date (IT) tools, not enough office space, no office structure. The labs are ok.
lately the communication got even worse.
they promised improvements since years. Still waiting.
social benefits are quite underwhelming.
So verdient kununu Geld.
