Best place I've ever worked
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Atmosphere, team spirit, pay
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Not much. Work does tend to be chaotic, but the flip side is that it's very creative and red-tape free.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
A few quiet spaces would help
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Everyone is collegial, honest and helpful
Image
Positive, just not very well known
Work-Life-Balance
If I could give 10 stars, I would
Karriere/Weiterbildung
It's a flat structure, which is good, but that also means there not many chances to get a promotion. That said, you never stop learning which is absolutely positive for your career.
Gehalt/Benefits
Pay is way above average
Kollegenzusammenhalt
All IT is a team
Vorgesetztenverhalten
All my managers over the years have been exceptional
Arbeitsbedingungen
The open space works, though it would help to have some quiet spaces when needed
Kommunikation
Comms is clear enough, though org changes could be communicated a bit clearer
Interessante Aufgaben
You literally never get bored, you never stop learning
