Verbesserungsvorschläge

Keep up frequency of regular communication. Probably sharing the whole presentation, not only "key information" Evatec wide would further boost confidence and trust in upper management.

New manager of HR could introduce himself personally.

Re-introduce self empowerment measures and external training propositions for soft skills, leadership and personal development for all employees.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

One can still feel the pressure from the challenging market conditions. Motivation of most of the people is still high and the sceptical ones get inspired by those who feel the fresh start.

Very good, supportive and full of humor. At least in our Departement.

Work-Life-Balance

Homeeoffice was re-introduced and this already boosts productivity and employee satisfaction. Still, everybody is doing their best to focus on the road to sucess and this kind of contribiution comes with a price.

In my experience most manegers lead by example.
