Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

- Experis is a global company with deep local roots going back over 20 years. We are a recognized brand within recruitment/staffing.
- Experis is a true meritocracy! When I was looking for work, all the other agencies turned me down, but Experis believed in me and gave me a chance. If you work hard and bring results, there are no barriers to your future development.

The negative reviews on this platform are all coming from the same jaded basement-dwelling person who is trying to destroy the company's image. Quite sad and pathetic!

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Every company has positives and negatives. I actually like my colleagues and coming to work is not a chore, it's a pleasure.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Regular reviews of salary should be instituted across the board.

The current pension plan needs to be looked at ASAP. I'm not the youngest and I aim to retire one day like the rest of the boomer generation: we need to have another look at what we have in place because I know we can do better.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

We are a great team of people from all over the planet. We work hard and there is a great feeling of camaraderie in the office. If you can't handle a bit of banter, this may not be the place for you.

Kommunikation

There is a very flat hierarchy and honest dialogue between all employees is encouraged. If you have a great idea, there's nothing stopping you from pitching it to our director.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

We work together, laugh together and sometimes hang out after work together. I've made more friends at Experis in the past +5 years than in any other place I've worked.

Work-Life-Balance

As in any commission-based role, you get out what you put in. Like every company in Switzerland, we track our hours. Some work longer hours than others, depends entirely on the person. If you want to go for a run at lunch or a swim in the summer, nothing's stopping you, actually our management actively encourage us to get active!

Vorgesetztenverhalten

The people running the business have +20 years in the industry and you can learn a lot about how to run a business. If you're ambitious and want to move up the food chain at Experis, nothing's stopping you.

Interessante Aufgaben

I've learnt a tremendous amount about the recruitment industry since I started off as a recruiter more than 5 years ago. Working with global clients, collaborating across continents, consulting at an eye to eye level: what you learn at Experis is amazing.

The staffing and recruitment industry is composed of people from all ages and walks of life. We hire based on skills and ambition. Even though I'm not the youngest anymore, I feel treated fairly.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Experis provides you with the platform, you are responsible for your own success. We get state of the art IT equipment and we have the best candidate pool on the market.
Things I like:
- apéros galore when we choose to wind down the week
- shower that you can use if you do sports
- nobody cares when you come and go: we have a time tool and just need to make sure our hours are balanced at the end of the month. Not complicated!
- I get to work in a mostly English-speaking atmosphere! This is a huge thing for me because I can do business more efficiently in my native language.
- Home office is not a foreign concept and is actively encouraged at the moment (hope this lasts!)

The only thing I think we can improve on is the coffee machine. I drink tea instead! I know we've replaced the machine more times than Hillary Clinton missed becoming President/Bernie Sanders being cheated by the DNC, but it just doesn't taste that good.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

We recycle actively and are always trying to reduce our carbon footprint, not just to virtue signal to outsiders. It's part of our company's DNA: responsible business practice!

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Commission is great at Experis.
We get money every year to purchase sporting goods or for gym membership.
